Change is the only constant. The trouble is, nobody likes it and it's difficult to manage. Indeed, experts say some 50% of companies and organizations fail when confronted by the first major phase of change. Often, this is because the case for change has not been made convincingly at the organization's highest levels.
How we do it:
We believe that the case for change must be made with, among other things, solid and authentic people skills, a thorough examination of market and competitive realities, a group that can lead through both crises and opportunities and sound short and long-term planning.
Successful change requires the alignment of an organizations leadership, strategy and culture with its core values and goals. Technical change is relatively easy to accomplish, but aligning that change with an organization's culture can be more difficult.
Our approach to change management is a whole-systems one.
We help organizations coordinate change on overlapping levels
– from the individual to the team to the total organization.
