Guidestone Consulting works with philanthropic foundations and venture capital funds in conducting due diligence and capacity building analyses, specifically helping identify and address issues of leadership, culture and strategy in the organizations they support.

Sometimes such analyses reveal only that the CEO could use some coaching. Other times significant issues in the organization's management or plans are revealed that, if not addressed, could undermine the success of the enterprise. This has proven to be a valuable and cost-effective means of ensuring the achievement of the investors' goals and their projects' accomplishments.
